2. Sort your finances
If you're buying, make sure your mortgage is in place. If you're selling with a mortgage, we’ll liaise with your lender so you know exactly what you'll receive on completion.
3. We check everything
We review all the legal documents and title for your property, so there are no nasty surprises.
4. Exchange contracts
Once everyone’s happy and a completion date is agreed, contracts are signed and the deal becomes legally binding. Time to book the removal van!
5. Completion day
The keys change hands. Woohoo!!
